Man, this was just a joy to make. The music in this game is incredibly good and so refreshing to hear so many familiar and new songs in a sequel. It’s already one of my fave Zelda games ever made.

Although I already released a ‘Tears of the Kingdom’ piece, this was made BEFORE any of the game’s music was released, except for the trailer back in 2021 ( • Sequel to The Leg… ). So it felt almost necessary to make another one with the game’s music that is now known 🙂 However, I wanted to do something differently and focus on the ending part of the game. This was one of the most interesting boss fights I’ve seen in a Zelda game, and the music’s progression throughout this ending-phase is just so well done. I love all the little cues on the road to the final boss and the musical transformations during the boss fight itself. It was such a rollercoaster of emotions, and that is exactly my style.
